HOTEL POLICIES
Cancellation Policy
Reservations at our hotel in Surfside Beach, SC require an advanced deposit of one night's room charge, fees, and 12% tax at the time of booking. Cancellations made seven or more days prior to scheduled arrival will result in a refund of the advanced deposit less a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations made less than seven days prior to the scheduled date of arrival are not refundable.
Deposit Policy
Resort fees are applied to all reservations made. Credit card guarantee, and one night deposit required during peak seasons. Rates do not include 12% taxes and fees. Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance.
Pet Policy
Surfside Beach Resort does not allow pets.
Guarantee Policy
Generally, we cannot guarantee any room number or location, although we make every effort to grant special requests.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts at 4:00 PM and check-out time is at 11:00 AM at our hotel in Surfside Beach, SC.
Can you request and early check-in or late check-out?
If late checkout is requested, there may be an additional fee. Early check-in time will be extended with no extra fee when available. Early departures will require 48 hours notice to receive a refund. Any early check outs without 48 hours notice will be charged for 1 room night + 12% tax and fees.
Do you offer parking?
Parking is available at our Surfside Beach Resort parking lot, and is available to guests complimentary for one vehicle per room reserved. Additional vehicles must use an alternative source of parking at guests' expense. For guests with oversized vehicles requiring more than one space, please contact the hotel directly.
What is the smoking policy?
Surfside Beach is a 100% non-smoking beach. Our Surfside Beach hotel is 100% smoke-free on all floors. Smoking in a designated non-smoking area is subject to penalty.
Do you have age restrictions on guests?
Children and young adults under the age of 21 must be with their parent or legal guardians to stay at Surfside Beach Resort.
